Over the past few years the idea of a Gentleman has sunk straight to the floor. Its almost like we’ve been erased from the planet. After you add in 50% of guys that aren’t worth anything, 30% who could be worth something  but don’t try and 10% of fairly decent guys that leaves only another 10% of us that a woman desires, the gentleman. You’ll never hear a women say, “I would totally hate it if this guy respects me and offers to open doors, pay for dinner and made me feel secure.” There’s a -2% chance that any female wouldn’t want a gentleman to cruise the town with and show off to all her friends. With the rarity of the species known as “Gentleman” often people forget what it means to be a gentleman or even what a gentleman actually is. Allow me to explain…
First things first there is the separation from boy to man.  That separation brings some of the characteristics of a gentleman and help separate the men from the boys.  It takes work to be a man with respect, ambition, and etiquette. Its takes little to nothing to remain immature and act as such, which is what most boys do.  This is often the case because too often these boys grow up without having a decent example of what a gentleman is. So allow me to explain what a gentleman is.
A Gentleman is a man devoted to making his woman feel Beautiful, Respected and Secure. Making sure that at no point in her day she feels unloved, alone or unappreciated. A gentleman goes the extra mile to make sure his lady is treated like the queen he believes she is. A Gentleman respects his woman enough to love her and only her, and does the intangibles to show his woman that he’s there to stay.  Last but not least, a gentleman is ambitious, usually a hard working, diligent person who’s passion to be successful is very easy to observe.  While a gentleman may be very easy to observe, they are very rare to come by.
Women want a gentleman for two reasons.  First, to show off and flaunt to her friends and family. Once a woman is impressed by your ambitious and respectful demeanor she will want to show this special guy to everyone. Women operate under a weird standard and usually feel like they have to show off their treasures, go figure. The second reason is internal. Having a gentleman love you is something most women pray for. Once they finally have it, a sense of gratitude overwhelms them providing them with unconditional happiness. Those two reasons are enough to make a woman search for a gentleman for a lifetime.  And once a woman has been with a gentleman, it’s difficult to go back to the ‘norm’.
There are tons of different ways by which gentlemen are made, but it all usually goes back to the same three characteristics. Respect, Etiquette and Ambition are enough to make any man a gentleman you just have to simply want to be that man. The change from boy to man is becoming a road that’s not taken so often. I couldn’t offer much of a reason why but for sure its something that needs to change. The world needs more gentlemen, the world is in need of good men to love the percentage of good women in the world.
For the guys reading, there’s way more quantity and quality to choose from once you are a gentleman. As always, stay true to your personality men and to the ladies test the quality of the man you are dating. If he doesn’t have those three characteristics in the title, he is not for you.
Characteristics Of A Gentleman:
Respect.  A Man who respects himself will most certainly respect you both physically and spiritually.
Etiquette. A man who is presentable with proper manners is always a good pick.
Ambition. This may be the most important quality. A man who is passionate about his goals and dreams will always make you feel secure. If he loves something/someone it would get taken care of you.
Sexy. A Gentleman respects the idea of being sexy and physically appealing to you.
Honesty. A Gentleman is always honest no matter what it is, he’ll be speak the truth.
