Singer/Songwriter David Lyn had been teasing his upcoming EP for several weeks, releasing several bangers in the process. The R&B singer with reggae roots has been introducing himself to listeners ahead of his recently released Any Day Now EP. The David Lyn Any Day Now EP was released on Friday December 4th.

The younger brother of acclaimed Grammy award-winning producer Izybeats, David Lyn is willing to stand on his own with and let the music speak for itself. Already with some success under his belt, David’s pen game led him to a songwriting credit on Koffee’s hit single, “W,” which features Gunna.

Back in the Summer, David Lyn released the timely single and visual, “Can’t Breathe,” which found great success in the middle of the Black Lives Matter resurgence around the deaths of Breonna Taylor, George Floyd and Armaud Arbery.

He has since released the single, “4:00 AM,” which highlights a different style for the singer, and a quick glimpse into the diversity he can bring.

More recently David Lyn released the lead single from the Any Day Now EP, “Keep Moving”.  The song highlights his Jamaican upbringing and may be a sign of things to come from the singer/songwriter.

His most recent single stays on the same wavelength with reggae vibes. An ode to hard working women, the song teams David Lyn up with Tarrus Riley.
