[STREAM] Nas Reveals New LP, ‘The Lost Tapes 2’

First Nas teased the cover art for his new album, The Lost Tapes 2.  The full project is finally here, along with producer credits!  More than a decade and a half has passed since 2002, when Nas first compiled the original volume of The Lost TapesThe Lost Tapes 2 was released in July 19th.

Previously, Nas unveiled the trailer for the project featuring a snippet of “Lost Freestyle” produced by Statik Selektah.

Shortly after Nas revealed the official lead single “Jarreau of Rap (Skatt Attack)”

THE LOST TAPES 2 compiles selected unreleased tracks from Nas’ last four albums that he has released – Hip-Hop is Dead (2006), Untitled (2008), Life is Good (2012), and his most recent Nasir (2018).

Fans should also know that Lost Tapes 3 and 4 are said to be on the way.

Nas is currently on tour with Mary J. Blige, the pair released the single, “Thriving” back in May.
