TV One has announced another original film titled Three’s Complicated, which will premiere on Sunday January 13th. The film will star Shanola Hampton, Tyler Lepley, Kyanna Simone Simpson, and Charles Malik Whitfield.

The Shanola Hampton executive produced film chronicles the complicated love story of Deja (Hampton), who is a 42 year-old divorced woman who just got snubbed for a promotion. After a night out at the bar, Deja ends up having fling with Sonny (Lepley), a young, handsome man ten years her junior. She later finds out her fling is also dating her daughter Eleni (Simpson).

Many fans may know Shanola Hampton from her role in the hit series ‘Shameless’.  Three’s Company is the first project she has executive produced. Her co-stars Tyler Lepley has appeared in ‘The Haves and The Have Nots’ and Kyanna Simone Simpson has appeared in the film The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks.

Deja struggles to control her attraction to the man, while also trying to protect her daughter’s heart, which is head over heels for her new beau. Meanwhile, Deja’s ex-husband Craig (Whitfield) re-enters the picture seeking a reunion. Conflicted and uncertain, Deja finds herself in a complex love triangle that brings her to the brink of heartbreak.
