Maybe they really don’t want to see Kodak Black winning.  Or maybe he really needs some more time behind bars to figure out his life.  Earlier this week Kodak Black was indicted on first degree criminal sexual conduct charges.

The rapper, whose real name is Dieuson Octave, was officially indicted by a grand jury in Florence County, South Carolina. In February, Black was accused of sexually assaulting a young lady in a hotel after he performed at a local nightclub. This was just one of a long list of run ins with the law for the artist.

According to WPDE, the young lady, who was victimized reported the incident to her school nurse and eventually it got to the hands of the Florence County Sheriff’s Office.

The Sun Sentinel reported that the incident happened at a Comfort Inn & Suites Hotel where the victim was forced onto the bed in the room and then onto the floor of the room where she was sexually assaulted. Reports also say the victim told Octave no and requested that he stop, but he did not.

The rapper was arrested for the charges but was released on $100,000 bail.

Black whose sole motivation is his mother seems to have a deep rooted love for women. He has been known to post his mother on his Instagram page, notably a video of her crying after he made the cover of the XXL 2016 freshman cover.

If he is found guilty, Kodak Black would be facing up to 30 years in prison.

In the mean time, the rapper is prohibited from speaking on the situation in any form of media including print, digital and on social platforms.
