Model-turned-actress Eva Marcille Allegedly Joining The Cast of RHOA
Following the news of NeNe Leakes regaining her The Real Housewives of Atlanta peach, it has now been reported that model and actress Eva Marcille has allegedly joined the cast of the Bravo-based reality series. According to TMZ, Marcille has filmed a few scenes, already, and is expected to be a part of the upcoming season.
Most known as the winner of the third cycle of America’s Next Top Model, back in 2004, and her role as ‘Tyra Hamilton’ in the famed CBS soap opera, The Young and the Restless, Marcille has gained quite the notoriety throughout her career, as a model-turned-actress. Now, it seems that reality TV may be her next endeavor.
The goal is to see just how well the 32-year-old fits with the rest of the ladies, and if so, we can assume that she’ll be the next ‘housewife’ added to the RHOA lineup.
Marcille could allegedly be replacing Cynthia Bailey or Porsha Williams, as it has been said that they may not be seen as much in season ten, due to their ‘storylines drying up’. However, we’re not sure how true that is because Bailey has stated previously that she is, in fact, still a part of the cast.
Anywho, we’re hoping that, if this is true about Eva Marcille becoming an official ‘Real Housewife of Atlanta’, this is long term. As you all may remember, they once tried adding Kim Fields to the cast, back in season eight, and that didn’t go so well.
We think Marcille could be a good fit, though.
