August Alsina Flashes Gun To Thwart Fans

R&B singer August Alsina could be in a bit of trouble if this allegation really is true. Apparently, Alsina was seen flashing a gun at some fans who approached him on Thursday, June 8, according to TMZ.

That night, the “Don’t Matter” singer was approached by four fans, three women and one man. They were all outside of a Food 4 Less in Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley and the fans wanted a photograph with the singer. Alsina declined, telling them that he wasn’t feeling very well. He recently revealed he’s been dealing with an ongoing battle with liver disease.

According to the report, the fans were persistent and wouldn’t take no for an answer. This was all witnessed by a Food 4 Less employee, who called the police. The fans then apparently tried to follow Alsina to his vehicle. That’s when Alsina allegedly reached for a gun in his car, tucked it down his waistband, and showed a portion of it to the group approaching him. The singer left the scene before police arrived and no arrests were made.

Since August didn’t point the gun or make any verbal threats, he may not be charged with anything. He has yet to make a public statement about the incident.
