Ice-T Snags New Crime Show, Ice Cold Murder
Ice-T has landed an all-new true crime series, titled Ice Cold Murder. Hosted by Ice-T, himself, the series will premiere on Oxygen and will give viewers an inside look at the untold stories of many wicked crimes around the world.
According to Variety.com, Ice Cold Murder is a docuseries, ‘exposing the outrageous tales and shocking true stories involving sex, money, murder and sometimes a fatal cocktail of all three. Captivating reenactments will spotlight the very dark side of playing with fire and the tangled webs of lust, greed, and death.’
Ice-T and Jorge Hinojosa acts as executive producers of the show, along with Final Level Entertainment and Asylum Entertainment with Steven Michaels and Jonathan Koch also serving as executive producers.
The rapper-turned-actor has been more recently known for his starring role on NBC’s Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, in which he portrays Odafin ‘Fin’ Tutuola, a sergeant with the New York Police Department’s Special Victims Unit.
On May 12th, 2017, it was announced that the series was renewed for its nineteenth season.
