Fade2Fit Workout Program By Teyana Taylor Helps You Dance To #BodyGoals

Bringing Kanye West’s “Fade” to a level of epic proportion with her rhythmic dance moves and an show stopping performance, Teyana Taylor has been #bodygoals ever since.  The Harlem native and G.O.O.D Music/Def Jam Recording artist dances, sings, choreographs, and performs!!! Her latest venture, is Fade2Fit, a workout plan she’s launched to help you reach those body goals.

Fade2Fit provides customized workouts solely based around dance moves (many of them intro­duced on “Fade” in homage to the classic 1983 film, Flashdance) to enable people to get in shape and get the body they want.

Taylor was born December, 10, 1990.  She began dancing at age 4, and at age 9 she picked up a microphone in front of a crowd and begin performing.

In 2002 Taylor appeared in Kanye’s short film “Cruel Summer”. After making her rounds in the music industry, in music videos and television shows, in 2012 she signed with Kanye West’s G.O.O.D Music label. Her debut album VII was released in 2014, including the top 10 R&B single, “Maybe” featuring Yo Gotti and Pusha T!

In 2015, after the birth of her daughter, Iman, Taylor became serious about her body sculpting goals. Fade2Fit is to show people they can enjoy a workout by having fun, while getting fit.
