We Finally Know Who The Beyoncé Coachella Replacement Artist Is
All hell broke loose a week ago when it was revealed that Beyoncé had pulled out from her Coachella performance. The move seemed like a no brainer, as the singer announced in early February that she was pregnant with twins. Still, many were surprised, others were pissed because Coachella would not be issuing refunds. Today, we find out who the official Beyoncé Coachella replacement artist will be…
Lady Gaga.
Fresh off a lackluster/somewhat entertaining performance at Super Bowl LI, Lady Gaga takes on the difficult task of playing Beyoncé replacement once again. If you remember, Beyoncé was the talk of last year’s Super Bowl L, with her amazing “Formation” performance. While Gaga had a couple flashy moments at this year’s Super Bowl event, the only thing people seemed to be talking about in regards to her performance the next day, was her “belly”.
Billboard broke the news that the recent Super Bowl halftime headliner will perform both weekends, adding that the performance deal is still being finalized, which will be follow by an official announcement.
Lady Gaga clearly has some hits, but Beyoncé fans probably won’t be thrilled that she was chosed as the Beyoncé Coachella replacement. There was a buzz for Kanye West to get the slot, and we personally thought Solange made the most sense, but guess the good folks at Coachella thought differently.

Nothing against Lady Gaga but Beyonce was gonna be the first black woman to headline and Rihanna could’ve still done that #Coachella2017
